摘要

雅砻江卡拉水电站地质条件十分复杂,枢纽布置上制约因素较多.可研阶段电站设置有尾水调压室,后续工程优化布置后,引水发电系统整体外移,输水线路长度有效缩短,根据规范判别尾水调压室设置与否处于临界状态.为此,笔者对卡拉水电站取消尾水调压室方案进行了深入的过渡过程仿真分析论证,结果表明大波动和小波动过渡过程仍满足规范要求,因此取消尾水调压室是可行的,且具有显著经济效益,可为同类电站的设计提供借鉴和参考.

Abstract

The geological conditions of Kala hydropower station are very complex and there are many re-strictive factors in layout.In the feasibility study stage,tailrace surge chamber is set.In the optimal lay-out of project,the water diversion and power generation system are moved outward as a whole,and the length of water transmission line is effectively shortened.According to the specification,the need of tail-race surge chamber is in a critical state.Therefore,the transition process analysis and justification of cancelling the tailrace surge chamber in Kala hydropower station are carried out.The results show that the transition process of large fluctuation and small fluctuation can meet the requirements of specifica-tion.It is proved that cancelling the tailrace surge chamber is feasible and has significant economic ben-efits,which can provide reference for the design of similar projects.
