为提升硫化物的倍率性能和循环稳定性,采用两步电沉积法制备过渡金属硫化物/氢氧化物异质结构复合电极.在碳布上电沉积镍层,改良活性物质与碳布的接触活性;在硫代乙酰胺中添加Zn(NO3)2·7H2O,制备Zn2+掺杂的过渡金属硫化物/氢氧化物异质结构(NCS-Zn-2).NCS-Zn-2在 1 A/g电流下,比电容达到 2 703 F/g,在 150 A/g高电流下的比电容是1 A/g的 40.8%,具有较好的倍率性能.NCS-Zn-2 与活性炭组装的工作电压为 1.6 V高电压水系非对称超级电容器,在794 W/kg的比功率下,具有 79.9 W·h/kg的比能量,以 20 A/g电流在 0~1.6 V循环 20 000 次,电容保持率为 98.7%.
The performance of Zn2+doped sulfide/hydroxide heterogeneous structure
In order to improve the rate capability and cycling stability of sulfides,a two-step electrodeposition method is used to prepare transition metal sulfide/hydroxide heterogeneous structure composite electrodes.A nickel layer is electrodeposited on the carbon cloth to improve the contact activity between the active substance and the carbon cloth.Zn(NO3)2·7H2O is added to thioacetamide to prepare the Zn2+doped transition metal sulfide/hydroxide heterogeneous structure(NCS-Zn-2).The specific capacitance of NCS-Zn-2 reaches 2 703 F/g at a current of 1 A/g,and the specific capacitance at a high current of 150 A/g is 40.8%of that at 1 A/g,showing good rate capability.A high voltage aqueous asymmetric supercapacitor assembled with NCS-Zn-2 and activated carbon with an operating voltage of 1.6 V has a specific energy of 79.9 W·h/kg at a specific power of 794 W/kg,the capacitance retention rate is 98.7%after 20 000 cycles in 0-1.6 V and a current of 20 A/g.
