摘要

介绍锂离子电池产品质量安全状况,分析产品可能存在的质量安全风险.对市场抽查的 60 批次 18650/26650 型锂离子电池产品的安全性能进行分析,测试常温外部短路、过充电和热滥用试验项目等.60 批次 18650/26650 型锂离子电池产品,8 批次常温外部短路项目检出问题,问题检出率为 13.3%;1 批次过充电项目检出问题,问题检出率为 1.7%;4 批次热滥用项目检出问题,存在起火、爆炸的风险,问题检出率为 6.7%.存在问题可能是因为:锂离子电池本身在工艺设计或生产过程中缺乏安全保护措施、未严格执行锂离子电池产品相关标准以及消费者的使用习惯或者安全意识不强等.

Abstract

The quality and safety status of Li-ion battery products are introduced,and the possible safety risks of product quality are analyzed.Analysis of the safety performance of 60 batches of 18650/26650 type Li-ion battery products randomly inspected in the market is conducted.Items of external short-circuit at normal temperature,overcharge,and thermal abuse are tested.Out of 60 batches of 18650/26650 type Li-ion battery products,8 batches with defects in external short-circuit at normal temperature issues are detected,with a problem detection rate of 13.3%.A batch with defects in overcharge projects is detected,with a problem detection rate of 1.7%.The thermal abuse project of 4 batches has been detected,indicating a risk of fire and explosion,the problem detection rate is 6.7%.Perhaps the reasons of existing problems are:the lack of safety protection measures in the process design or production of Li-ion battery,the lack of strict implementation of relevant standards for Li-ion battery,and the inappropriate usage habits and poor safety awareness of consumers.
