退役锂离子电池回收工艺与再生技术现状

锂离子电池的需求量与日俱增,随之而来的是退役锂离子电池的妥善处理问题.锂离子电池的资源化利用可在很大程度上缓解我国有价金属资源紧张的问题,同时为环境保护做出贡献.整理近年来针对退役锂离子电池的回收利用及循环再生等方面的技术进展,总结各大企业正在投产的主要工艺,国内主要相关企业有格林美、邦普循环、华友钴业等,国外相关企业主要有欧洲Umicore、法国Recupyl等.国内外大多数企业倾向于使用机械破碎后火法湿法联合回收工艺进行工业生产,国外少数企业使用人工拆解、冷冻破碎或其特有的专利技术对黑粉进行回收利用的工艺.
Status in recovery process and regeneration technology of spent Li-ion battery
The demand for Li-ion battery is increasing day by day.The following problem is how to properly handle spent Li-ion battery.The resource utilization of Li-ion battery can greatly alleviate the shortage of valuable metal resources in China and contribute to environmental protection.The technological progress in the recycling and cyclic regeneration of spent Li-ion battery in recent years is summarized,and the main processes being put into operation by major enterprises are summarized.The primary domestic enterprises in China include Green Eco-Manufacture,Brunp Recycling and Huayou Cobalt,the primary foreign enterprises include European Umicore and French Recupyl.Most domestic and foreign enterprises tend to use mechanical crushing followed by pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical recycling processes for industrial production,while a few foreign enterprises use manual disassembly,cryogenic crushing,or their own patented technologies to recycle black mass.
