The training path of new energy battery professionals under the back-ground of"double carbon"
The cultivation of professional talents has become the key to promoting the development of the new energy battery industry.The talent cultivation path of the new energy battery industry in the context of the"dual carbon"target is emphatically discussed.It is pointed out that the education system needs to pay more attention to the integration of theory and practice,emphasis the importance of interdisciplinary learning,and promote close cooperation between academia and industry.It is proposed that higher education should focus on the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills,and vocational and continuing education should concentrate on the training of practical technology and skills,while cooperation between enterprises and universities is vital to talents cultivation.The importance of integrating innovative thinking and practical skills in talent development is emphasized.
