高能量密度的锂离子电池在使用和运输中,碰撞难以避免,品质控制尤为重要.电池受物理撞击后可能有内短路,为检验成品电池综合品质,需在出厂前进行可靠性检测.介绍可靠性检测中,八角转鼓设备的方法及合理的参数设置.借助运动仿真模拟电池在转鼓中的撞击参数,收集测试后电池的数据,以判断品质是否达到六西格玛(6σ)的工程能力.
Research on impact test methods and parameters of Li-ion battery
In the use and transportation of Li-ion battery with high energy density,collisions are inevitable,quality control is particularly important.After being physically hit,the batteries may have internal short circuits.To test the comprehensive quality of the finished batteries,reliability testing is required before leaving the factory.The methods and reasonable parameter setting of octagonal-drum equipment in reliability testing are introduced.By using motion simulation to simulate the impact parameters of the batteries in the drum,collecting the data of the batteries after testing,it is used to determine whether the quality of the batteries reaches the engineering capability of six sigma(6σ).
