优化电池板栅结构可延长电动自行车用铅酸电池的寿命.对电动自行车用铅酸电池的板栅进行研究,解剖失效电池并对板栅进行分析,发现板栅靠近上部的筋条腐蚀严重,而靠近底部的筋条基本完好.对板栅结构进行设计优化,以均匀板栅电位和优化板栅截面,加强重点腐蚀区域的强度,实现板栅均匀腐蚀和板栅强度增加,延长电池寿命.板栅优化后,电池的循环次数从 428 次增加至 633 次.
Improvement for structure of lead-acid battery positive grid
Optimizing the structure of grid can prolong the life of lead-acid battery for electric bicycles.The grid of lead-acid battery for electric bicycles is studied.The grid is analyzed by dissecting the failed batteries.It is found that the bars on the upper of the grid are severely corroded,while the bars near the bottom are basically intact.The structure of grid is designed and optimized to uniform the grid potential and optimize the grid section and strengthen the strength of key corrosion areas,as a result,uniform grid corrosion and grid strength increase are achieved and battery life is prolonged.The cycle number of battery is increased from 428 to 633 after grid optimization.
