GB/T 36276-2023《电力储能用锂离子电池》标准已于 2023 年 12 月底发布,2024 年 7 月 1 日起正式实施.标准为缩短循环周期,制定了 45℃循环性能试验,针对循环性能列举了一系列计算公式,但未详细解释公式的计算逻辑.通过对比修订前后的变化内容,解析测试标准中循环性能的试验方法;列举部分储能用锂离子电池产品的 25℃与 45℃循环性能,根据循环寿命对比结果,验证循环测试方法和计算公式.
Analysis of cell cycle test standard Lithium Ion Battery for Electrical Energy Storage
Standard GB/T 36276-2023 Lithium Ion Battery for Electrical Energy Storage was released at the end of December 2023 and implemented on July 1,2024.In order to shorten the cycle time cost,the 45℃cycle performance test is formulated in the standard,a series of calculation formulas are listed for the cycle performance,but the calculation logic of the relevant formulas is not explained in detail.The cycle performance test methods in the test standards are analyzed by comparing the changes before and after the revision.The cycle performance of Li-ion battery products for energy storage under 25℃and 45℃is listed,the cycling test methods and calculation formulas are verified according to the comparison results of cycle life.
