Research progress in dry electrode prepared by binder fibrosis
The traditional wet manufacturing process has problems of potential harm to the environment and high cost.The dry electrode process does not add solvent during the electrode preparation process,which can reduce the production cost and environmental pollution.The dry electrode process of binder fibrosis is introduced from the aspects of dry mixing,self-supporting film preparation,combination with flow collection,highlighting its advantages in saving energy and equipment cost and improving electrode performance.The research can promote the application and development of dry electrode technology in industrial production.
