基于企业的人才需求标准推进创新创业人才培养模式的创新改革,可在原有基础上提升电池专业毕业生的综合素质,进而推动相关行业的转型发展.立足实际工作经验,针对高校电池专业人才培养制度建设、教师队伍建设、校企合作模式等内容进行分析论证.希望能进一步完善适应企业需求的人才培养体系,鼓励学生积极参与创新创业项目,组建创新创业孵化工作室深化校企合作,以推进相关人才培养模式的创新改革.
Reform of cultivation mode for innovation and entrepreneurship in battery specialty
The innovation and reform of the training model of innovative and entrepreneurial talents based on the talent demand standards of enterprises can improve the comprehensive quality of graduates of battery majors on the original basis,then promote the transformation and development of related industries.Based on the actual work experience,the construction of the battery professional talent training system,the construction of the teacher team and the school-enterprise cooperation model in colleges and universities are analyzed and demonstrated.It is hoped that the talent training system that meets the needs of enterprises can be further improved,students can be encouraged to actively participate in innovation and entrepreneurship projects,innovation and entrepre-neurship incubation studios will be established to deepen school-enterprise cooperation,so as to promote the innovation and reform of relevant talent training models.
