动力电池冷板波纹形流道结构的优化

针对动力电池冷却问题,考虑电池模组的布局和散热要求,设计一种具有波纹形流道的冷板,在保证能耗的前提下,控制冷板换热面温度,并具有良好的热均匀性.分析冷板的特征结构,分别讨论波峰波谷高度、流道入射角度及流道宽度对冷板性能的影响.调节流道入射角度可更好地通过流量分配来控制板内压降变化,流道宽度与波峰波谷的设置能改善冷板的热均匀性问题.用最优参数设计的波纹形流道冷板,相比于传统的直流道,换热性能提升8.4%,板内能耗仅提升1.7%.
Optimization of structure of cold plate with corrugated flow channel for power battery
In response to the cooling issue of power batteries,a cold plate with the corrugated flow channel is designed by considering the layout and heat dissipation requirements of the battery module.It can regulate the temperature of the heat exchange surface while ensuring the energy consumption is kept in check,and it has good thermal uniformity.The characteristic structure of cold plate is analyzed,the impacts of peaks and troughs height,channel inlet angle and channel width on performance of the cold plate are discussed respectively.Adjusting the channel inlet angle can better control the variation in internal pressure drop through flow distribution,while the setting of channel width and peaks and troughs can improve the thermal uniformity issue of the cold plate.The corrugated flow channel cold plate,designed based on optimal parameters,exhibits an 8.4%increase in heat exchange performance compared to traditional straight channels,with only a 1.7%increase in energy consumption within the plate.
