摘要
在新能源汽车行业发展的背景下,做好复合型人才的创新创业(简称"双创")培养实践是提升学生综合素质、核心竞争力的主要措施.需要在完善"双创"课程体系及教学内容的基础之上,制定对应的人才培养模式."双创"教育对于提升学生的综合素质、专业素养能产生积极的推动作用,因此应当提高关注度.基于本单位的新能源汽车动力电池"双创"人才培养体系内容,针对新能源汽车动力电池方向"双创"人才培养实践进行讨论分析,以期提升相关专业毕业生的综合素质.
Abstract
Under the background of development of new energy vehicle industry,the innovation and entrepreneurship training practice of compound talents is the main measure to enhance students'overall quality and core competitiveness.It is necessary to establish a corresponding talent cultivation model on the basis of improving the"innovation and entrepreneurship"curriculum system and teaching content."Innovation and entrepreneurship"education can positively promote students'overall quality and professional competence,thus warranting increased attention.The practice of cultivating"innovation and entrepreneurship"talents in the field of new energy vehicle power battery is discussed and analyzed based on our institution's"innovation and entrepreneurship"talent cultivation system for new energy vehicle power battery,hoping to enhance the overall quality of graduates in related majors.
