热电池安全性设计和验证的研究

本文对目前热电池安全性相关的标准进行了分析,从热电池安全性设计和验证两方面进行了研究,总结了热电池安全性的设计要求,主要包括体系选用设计、构形和结构设计、热设计等三类共七个要素.同时提出一种通过高温空载试验验证热电池安全性的方法.该方法通过合理模拟热源,不仅节省成本,还可以缩短新产品研制周期;通过极限拉偏考核,使其安全性考核更高效、更彻底.
Research on safety design and verification of thermal batteries
Based on the analysis of current safety standards for thermal batteries,this article conducts research on the safety of thermal batteries from two aspects:design and verification.The safety design requirements for thermal batteries have been summarized and formed,mainly including seven categories:electrochemical system selection,configuration and structural design,and thermal design.At the same time,a method is proposed to verify the safety of thermal batteries through high-temperature no-load tests.This method not only saves costs but also shortens the development cycle of new products by simulating heat sources reasonably;through extreme assessment,make the safety assessment of thermal batteries more efficient and thorough.
