Research on battery box technology of liquid-cooled energy storage system
Battery box is an important part of the energy storage power system,single cell,structural components,electrical components through the battery box for integration,so as to form the smallest power system unit.Battery box needs to realize the battery cell and other devices to carry the function,but also need to consider the strength,sealing,cost and other issues.At present,the domestic energy storage market is in its infancy,and the research on battery box technology has not yet matured.In this paper,through the comparative study of the mainstream liquid-cooled box in the current market,a profile-type liquid-cooled box design program is proposed.The structural components of the liquid-cooled lower case are described,including the industrial molding method of the lower case,key dimensional parameters,the main welding method and the design of the load-bearing parts.This paper focuses on the structural design of the extruded aluminum profiles and the welding scheme between the profiles to ensure that the liquid-cooled runner can directly carry the weight of the battery module and at the same time have a very high sealing performance of the runner.In order to verify the mechanical performance of the design,CAE(Computer Aided Engineering)simulation and analysis technology is used to carry out static load-bearing working condition simulation,lifting working condition simulation,random vibration working condition simulation.Combined with the specific use conditions,the simulation results were analyzed,and it was concluded that the box meets the mechanical performance requirements of the existing energy storage system,which provides a reference for the design of other liquid-cooled battery box.
