氢能与燃料电池实验室的规划与建设

在国家行业政策的加持和加氢站等基础设施的完善下,燃料电池在商用车、重卡和固定式电站领域的应用逐渐增加,各类公司、研究所和机构纷纷成立燃料电池项目团队,致力于开发新一代燃料电池产品.然而,开发燃料电池需要特定的实验室环境,燃料电池和常见的一次电池、二次电池(铅酸电池、锂电池)在工作原理及工作方式上有着较大的差异,氢能与燃料电池实验室在规划建设时需要考虑更多更深层次的问题.本文结合氢能与燃料电池实验室实际建设项目经验,从场地要求、测试项目要求、安全要求、实验室人员配置和信息化建设五大方面提出了建设性意见和观点.重点阐述了关于用氢安全、用电安全、危险化学品安全的注意事项.这对建设、完善燃料电池实验室具有良好的借鉴意义.
Planning and construction of hydrogen energy and fuel cell laboratory
With the support of national industry policies and the improvement of infrastructure such as hydrogen refueling stations,the application of fuel cells in commercial vehicles,heavy-duty trucks,and fixed power stations has gradually emerged.Various companies,research institutes,and institutions have established fuel cell project teams to develop new generation fuel cell products.However,developing fuel cells requires a specific laboratory environment.Due to the significant differences in working principles and methods between fuel cells and common primary and secondary batteries(lead-acid batteries,lithium batteries),hydrogen and fuel cell laboratories need to consider more in-depth factors when planning and constructing.This article combines the actual construction project experience of hydrogen and fuel cell laboratories,and proposes constructive opinions and viewpoints from five aspects:site requirements,testing project requirements,safety requirements,laboratory personnel allocation,and information construction.It focuses on the precautions for hydrogen safety,electricity safety,and hazardous chemical safety.This has good reference significance for building and improving fuel cell laboratories.
