Research on the safety of portable lithium-ion batteries
This article primarily investigates representative portable lithium-ion battery safety testing standards both domestically and internationally,including GB 31241-2014,GB/T 18287-2013,SJ/T 11778-2021,IEC 62133-2:2017,UL 1642:2020,and UL 2054:2021.This article aims to conduct a comparative analysis of safety performance testing methods for portable lithium-ion batteries from the perspectives of electrical safety,meachanical safety,and environmental safety.The objective is to differentiate the differences in the scope of use,testing items,testing methods,and testing subjects of portable lithium-ion batteries between domestic and international standards.
