磷酸锰铁锂动力电池的内阻特性研究

通过混合脉冲功率特性测试方法(hybrid pulse power characterization,HPPC)对磷酸锰铁锂动力电池内阻特性与温度、电流和时间的关系进行了研究.通过建立等效电路模型(equivalent circuit model,ECM),并采用最小二乘法拟合方法,对直流内阻的三种不同类型的内阻特性和规律进行了探索.研究结果表明:电池的欧姆内阻、电化学极化内阻和浓差极化内阻都随温度、电流的增大而降低,在高温(≥25 ℃)或高倍率(>4C)下,欧姆内阻在直流内阻中所占比例较大;在低温(<10 ℃)或低倍率(<1 C)下,浓差极化内阻在直流内阻中所占比例最大.
Study on internal resistance characteristics of lithium ferromanganese phosphate batteries
A Hybrid Pulse Power Characterization(HPPC)experiment was performed to study the relationships between internal resistance and cell temperature,discharge current,and time of lithium ferromanganese phosphate batteries.Furthermore,the Equivalent Circuit Model(ECM)was established and the least square fitting method was used to explore the characteristics and laws of three different types of direct current internal resistance.The results show that the internal resistances of ohm.electrochemical polarization,and concentration polarization decrease when cell temperature or discharge current increases.While discharging the cell at high temperature(≥25 ℃)or under a high current ratio(>4 C),the ohmic resistance dominates;and the concentration polarization internal resistance is the major part of the direct current internal resistance at low temperature(<10 ℃)or under low current ratio(<1 C).
