空压机是燃料电池发动机空气供应系统的重要组成部分,它通过对空气增压来满足燃料电池堆对高压比、大流量空气的需求,其性能直接影响着燃料电池发动机的输出性能和效率.离心式空压机以其体积小、效率高、响应快的优势以及企业关键技术的日趋成熟,逐渐成行业主流技术路线,是当前车载燃料电池系统集成应用的首选.针对当前行业燃料电池用空压机快速技术的发展现状,本文通过对比行业主要离心式空压机的性能和参数对空压机的技术发展和趋势进行了简要分析.
Development status and trends of centrifugal air compressors for fuel cell vehicles
As one of the core components of the fuel cell engine air supply system,the air compressor can meet the high-pressure ratio and large flow air requirements of the fuel cell stack by supercharging the air.Its performance directly affects the output performance and efficiency of the fuel cell engine.Centrifugal air compressors have gradually become the mainstream technology route of the industry due to their advantages of small size,high efficiency,fast response,and the maturity of key technologies of enterprises,and are the first choice for the current vehicle fuel cell system integration application.Giew the current development status of the rapid technology of air compressors for fuel cells in the industry,this paper briefly analyzes the technological development and trends of air compressors by comparing the performance and parameters of the main centrifugal air compressors in the industry.
