Analysis on bolt connection looseness of pack battery
With the aim at the looseness of pack bolt connection under transverse vibration load,the finite element model is established to investigate the decreasing trend of bolt preload.The modal is applied initial bolt preload.An alternating acceleration load is applied to the fixed points of pack battery.The results shows that the preload of bolts on both sides of pack decrease significantly.The phenomenon was consistent with the test.In order to optimize the design,the paper proposes two optimization schemes.Firstly,it has no obvious benefit that increasing the contact area between bolt head and plate.Secondly,the method of changing the bolt specification to M8 is carried out,which solves the problem of bolt connection looseness.
