方形电池卷芯极耳间距算法研究

在多极耳卷芯的生产工艺中,极耳间距的确定和极耳对齐度的控制是难点.本文通过研究卷芯的结构和卷绕方法,对卷芯的形态和工艺参数进行了分类.确定影响计算方法的因子,并在此基础上假定一种基准形态进行算法探究.随后,提出了多极耳卷芯形态判别式和极耳序列号判别式,用于判定卷芯的形态.结合判别式结果与基准形态的算法,形成适用于多种形态卷芯的通用算法.这一算法解决了多种形态、多种极耳结构的卷芯极片段长的通用计算方法问题,并可以进一步通过计算机编程对卷芯进行辅助设计.
Research on algorithm of tab distance of prismatic battery jelly-roll
In the production process of multipole ear coil core,the determination of the tab distance and the control of the tab alignment are the difficulty.In this paper,by studying the structure and winding method of the jelly-roll,the shape and process parameters of it is classified.The factors that affect the calculation method are determined,and on this basis,a reference form is assumed,and the algorithm is explored.Then,the multi-tab jelly-roll shape discriminant and the tab serial number discriminant are given to determine the shape of the jelly-roll.The algorithm combining the discriminant result and the benchmark form forms a general algorithm suitable for multiple forms of roll core,which solves the problem of the general algorithm for the length of the electrode segment of the jelly-roll of various shapes and tab structures,and can further use computer programming to assist the design of the jelly-roll.
