为了实现未来小型化武器的发展目标,下一代热电池对随型设计要求极高,亟需开发异形热电池技术.目前异形热电池的制备技术已经趋于完善,但仍需提高异形热电池的安全性设计,保证异形热电池的实际应用.本文从异形热电池绝缘安全性、热安全及内压安全性出发,论述了各项安全性技术的研究进展,分析了目前仍存在的隐患与不足,并针对异形热电池绝缘安全性、热安全及内压安全性技术进行了展望.
Research and development on the safety of special-shaped thermal batteries
In order to achieve the development goal of future miniaturized weapons,the next generation of thermal batteries has extremely high requirements for on-demand design,and there is an urgent need to develop special-shaped thermal battery technology.At present,the preparation technology of shaped thermal batteries has become increasingly applicable,but it is still necessary to improve the safety design of special-shaped thermal batteries to ensure their practical application.This article discusses the research progress of various safety technologies from the perspectives of insulation safety,thermal safety,and internal pressure safety of special-shaped thermal batteries,analyzes the existing hidden dangers and shortcomings,then looks forward to the insulation safety,thermal safety,and internal pressure safety technologies of special-shaped thermal batteries.
