摘要

量子化霍尔电阻标准将电阻单位量值直接溯源至基本物理常数,从根本上解决了经典实物电阻标准易受环境因素(如温度、海拔、电磁等)影响而发生量值漂移的难题,为电阻计量能力的全面提升做出了重大贡献.文中综述了基于砷化镓、石墨烯、量子化反常霍尔效应的量子化霍尔电阻标准,以及十进制量子化霍尔电阻标准的研究现状,阐述了量子化霍尔电阻标准研究面临的瓶颈难题.经文献调研发现,基于砷化镓量子化霍尔电阻标准已被列为多个国家的电阻基准,发展基于新型材料或物理效应(如石墨烯材料、量子化反常霍尔效应)的轻量级量子化霍尔电阻标准技术成为该领域的前沿研究热点.通过对已有研究成果的调研和思考,文章展望了量子化霍尔电阻标准技术的未来发展方向,旨在为深入开展量子化霍尔电阻标准研究提供有益的借鉴和参考.

Abstract

The quantum Hall resistor standard traces the unit value of resistance directly to the fundamental physi-cal constants,which fundamentally solves the problem that the classical physical resistor standard is susceptible to environmental factors(e.g.temperature,altitude,electromagnetism,etc.),and it has made a significant contri-bution to the overall enhancement of resistor metrology capability.This paper reviews the research status of GaAs,graphene,quantum anomalous Hall effect based quantum Hall resistor standard,as well as decimal quantum Hall resistor standard,et al.And describes the bottlenecks faced by the research of quantum Hall resistor standard.Af-ter the literature research,it is found that the GaAs-based quantized Hall resistor standard has been listed as the re-sistance benchmark of many countries,and the development of lightweight quantized Hall resistor standard technol-ogy based on new materials or physical effects(e.g.graphene materials,quantum anomalous Hall effect)has be-come a hot spot in this field.Through the research and reflection on the existing research results,this paper looks forward to the future development direction of the quantized Hall resistor standard technology,aiming to provide useful reference for the in-depth research on quantized Hall resistor standard.
