摘要

水煤浆气化技术与粉煤气化技术相比,有效气比氧耗和比煤耗较大,利用Aspen Plus软件模拟了水煤浆气化过程,将水煤浆预热后送入气化炉,能有效降低气化炉比氧耗和比煤耗,同时建立了水煤浆预热工艺流程,对水煤浆预热器进行选型计算.

Abstract

Compared the coal water slurry gasification with pulverized coal gasification, the specific oxygen consumption and specific coal consumption for effective gas is much higher. This paper simulated the coal water slurry gasification process by software ASPEN. Coal water slurry is sent to the gasifier after preheating will effectively reduce the specific oxygen consumption and specific coal consumption. Meanwhile the process flow of preheating was set up for model selection calculation of the preheater.
