ANALYSIS ON OVER-TEMPERATURE OCCURRED IN BURNER FLANGE CLEARANCE IN MULTI-SLURRY GASIFIER AND ITS TREATMENT
In view of the problem of over-temperature of process burner flange in the initial stage of multi-slurry gasifier, the solutions were presented through the flow field simulation analysis, process nozzle assembly size adjustment, furnace physical filling, central oxygen adjustment, and load adjustment etc.
