摘要

某炼化企业煤焦制氢装置因酸脱单元变换气冷却器腐蚀泄漏,导致下游甲烷化单元催化剂逐步失活.从甲烷化催化剂中毒、积碳、活性组分烧结、流失等失活机理分析甲烷化催化剂失活的原因,提出了变更泄漏设备的材质、降低粗氢气中硫含量、适当提高床层温度等措施,进一步延长甲烷化催化剂的使用寿命.

Abstract

The corrosion leakage of shift gas cooler in acitic gas removal unit in a coal char hydrogen production plant led to the gradual deactivation of the downstream methanation catalyst. This paper analyzed the reasons of catalyst deactivation from the mechanism of catalyst poisoning, carbon deposition, sintering and catalyst loss, and presented the measures to extend the life of the catalyst, such as changing the material of the equipment, reducing sulfur content in raw hydrogen, and raise the bed temperature etc.
