After the commissioning of the boiler, the increase of feeding and returning load led to frequent bed temperature fluctuation, somehow causing the unstable operation of the steam system, and moreover the shutdown and coking accident. Through production practice, we found the method to make a stable feeding and returning operation for boiler commissioning to ensure the safety and stability of the plant.
