During the operation of circulating fluid bed boiler, the coking occurred in the boiler and impacted seriously on the safety and stable operation of the plant because of the uncomplete combustion of the coal and the pool fluidization of the feed material, the large area failure of the hood, and the improper operation control, etc. By analyzing the reason of coking and the practical case, executing technical reformation and parameter optimization, strengthening the routine management, the coking accident was eliminated, ensuring the long term operation of the plant.
