摘要

基于多套丙烷脱氢装置管道焊缝开裂的实际案例,从工艺包、设计、元件制造、现场施工和开车运行等阶段分析高温管道焊缝开裂原因,并提出不同开裂原因的处理和预防措施.

Abstract

Based on actual cases of cracking in pipeline welds of several propane dehydrogenation units,this paper analyzed the causes of cracking in high-temperature pipeline welds from aspects such as process package, design,component manufacturing,on-site construction,and start-up operation,and proposed treatment and prevention measures for different cracking cases.
