During the operation of CO2 compressor, some failures occurred, e.g. the pressure between the stages rose gradually, ice formed in the HP cylinder sealing gas balance tube, and the increment vibration happened in high pressure cylinder. The reasons were analyzed, and the precaution measures were presented to prevent such problems happening again, therefore effectively increasing the stable operation cycle of the plant.
