The application of carbon ring seal device in carbon dioxide compressor was introduced, along with the abnormal condition of over-leakage. By studying the structure character of the seal and by the observation of site installation, the reason of over-leakage was found. Redesign the special tool for installation, and optimize the installation scheme, the failure of leakage was eliminated, therefore ensuring the safety operation of the equipment.
