摘要

探讨尿素装置放空尾气氨含量的控制方法,从工艺和设备两方面进行了分析排查,总结出针对造粒系统尾气和常压储罐气相尾气排放的优化控制措施,有效降低了尾气排放中的氨含量.

Abstract

This paper discussed the control method of the ammonia content in the tail gas of the urea plant, probed into the ammonia content from two aspects of the process and the equipment. Through the analysis and investigation,the optimal control measures for the tail gas from granulation system and atmospheric storage tank were summarized,and the ammonia content in the tail gas was effectively reduced.
