摘要

有取水和供水设施的企业,其水泵电能消耗量较大,而水泵特性曲线和管路特性曲线是决定水泵运行工况的主要因素.根据工艺生产装置运行时实际生产用水量不同的情况,投运与之相对应参数的水泵,保证供水流量和压力处于水泵运行的最佳状态范围内,以实现降低电能消耗的目的.

Abstract

In an enterprise with water taking and water supply facilities, water pumps will consume large amount of electric power. The water pump characteristic curve and the pipeline characteristic curve are the main factors to determine the operating cases. According to the practical water consumption under different conditions during the production equipment operation, water pumps with pertinent parameters will be put into operation to guarantee the water supply flow and pressure in the optimum range, and to achieve the goal of energy consumption reduction.
