空分装置空冷塔分布器堵塞在线处理方法

摘要
针对空分装置空冷塔在长期运行过程中出现的因塔内分布器堵塞导致水流量不足,造成空冷塔出口空气温度升高及下游分子筛出口水分和CO2 含量超标等问题,通过对堵塞的空冷塔分布器采取在线反吹处理的方法,解决了堵塞问题.
Abstract
During the long-term operation,some problems occurred in the air cooling column in an air separation plant,e.g.the blockage of distributor causing the abnormal water flow and air temperature increase,water and CO2 from the molecular sieve exceeding the standards.This paper introduced the online solution of air cooler distributor blockage by back flushing.
