ONLINE SOLUTION FOR BLOCKAGE OF WATER DISTRIBUTOR IN AIR COOLING COLUMN OF AIR SEPARATION UNIT
During the long-term operation,some problems occurred in the air cooling column in an air separation plant,e.g.the blockage of distributor causing the abnormal water flow and air temperature increase,water and CO2 from the molecular sieve exceeding the standards.This paper introduced the online solution of air cooler distributor blockage by back flushing.
