摘要
液化石油气覆土子弹罐作为一种新型的常温液化烃储存容器,因其能有效防止介质沸腾膨胀爆炸,且不受附近热源、爆炸冲击波、外部撞击等突发事件的影响,越来越受到业内认可.以某项目丁二烯覆土罐为例,介绍丁二烯覆土罐的结构及其设计原则,探讨壳体、加强圈、接管及防腐涂敷等工序的制造要求,为大型液化石油气覆土罐的设计及制造提供参考.
Abstract
The earth-covered LPG bullet tank as a new kind of storage tank for liquefied hydrocarbon under normal temperature becomes more and more recognized in the industry because it can effectively prevent the medium from boiling,expanding and exploding,and cannot be affected by accidents,such as the heat source nearby,explosion wave,bumping from the outside.Taking a butadiene tank as an example,this paper described the tank structure and its design principle,and discussed the manufacture requirements for tank body,reinforced ring,duct pipe,and corrosion-proofing coating,which will provide the reference for similar design and manufacture.
