石油化工装置低温阀门安装问题探讨

摘要
针对石油化工装置低温管道阀门容易发生流向安装错误的问题,通过分析低温闸阀、截止阀、球阀、蝶阀的结构特点,结合工艺设计要求,提出低温阀门的安装原则和要求,并从设计、制造、安装、运行管理等环节入手,探讨低温阀门流向安装易出现错误这一问题的解决方案,为石油化工装置建设过程中低温管道阀门的正确安装提供参考.
Abstract
In response to the problem of easy installation errors in the flow direction of low-temperature pipeline valves in petrochemical plants,this article analyzed the structural characteristics of low-temperature gate valves,globe valves,ball valves,and butterfly valves,and combined process design requirements to propose installation principles and requirements for low-temperature valves.Starting from design,manufacturing,installation,and operation management,solutions to the problem of errors in the installation of low-temperature valve flow direction were discussed,providing reference for the correct installation of low-temperature valves in the construction process of petrochemical plants.
