摘要
探讨不同输送带粘接工艺的特点,分析输送带脱胶的原因及粘接接头封口工艺的影响因素,采取相应的技术措施优化粘接性能,有效提高输送带粘接接头结构的合理性,从而提高接头可靠性和使用寿命.
Abstract
The process characteristics of various conveying belt adhesive bonding technologies were discussed.The reason of adhesive failure and the factors that influence the adhesive joint seal were analyzed.The corresponding measures were taken to improve the adhesive performance,which effectively improved the fitness of the joint structure,therefore increasing its reliability and service life.
