摘要
MDEA脱碳装置运行过程中会产生热稳定盐,对设备造成损害,实验室建立了总热稳定盐电位滴定法,相对标准偏差在 5%以内,加标回收率在 98%～102%,为工艺提供分析数据,以指导安全生产.
Abstract
During the operation of the MDEA decarbonization unit,heat stable salt are generated,causing damage on the equipment.The laboratory has established a total heat stable salt potentiometric titration method to provide analytical data for the process and guide safe production.The relative standard deviation falls in 5%,and standard recovery rate 98%～102%.
