摘要
工程项目设计中,进度控制至关重要,设计进度的精准测量是衡量项目进展的关键指标.通过设计管理系统间的信息传递,给设计进度自动检测提供了数据基础,进而可实现设计进度的自动检测.以图表的方式可视化展示项目进度数据,有助于项目管理人员直观的把控项目进度,从而提升项目管理控制水平.
Abstract
The schedule control is critically important during project engineering design.The accurate detection of schedule is the key point to evaluate the progress of the project.The information transmitted among engineering design management systems will provide the basic data for automatic detection,and moreover to achieve automatic detection of the design schedule.The graphics and tables can be used to demonstrate the schedule visually,help the management staff to control the schedule directly by visual,therefore to enhance the project management and control level.
