摘要

以SE水煤浆气化技术的实践经验为样本,介绍气化装置以掺烧方式协同处理有机废物的基本要求,从基础研究、系统规划、工艺设计、安全与环保措施等方面阐述气化有机废物掺烧的工作要点.

Abstract

Based on the continuous progress of coal gasification technology,coal gasification units,which have been widely used as the utilities core of numerous large-scale refinery and chemical integrated complexes,are endowed with crucial roles of multi-product generation and waste treatments.This paper takes practice experiences of SE coal slurry gasification technology as examples and introduces requirements of organic waste collaborative treatment by gasification process.Matters necessary to waste co-gasification are also illustrated from aspects of fundamental investigations,systemic planning,process design and HSE measures.
