摘要
介绍一段转化炉工艺空气盘管泄漏的经过,通过对泄漏部位周边进行硬度、壁厚和晶相的检测,判定泄漏部位管线的金相组织存在 3～4 级球化,并对盘管进行了修补、整体更换及防护措施,问题得到了解决.
Abstract
This article introduces the process of air coils leakage in the primary reformer.By testing the hardness,wall thickness,and crystal phase around the leakage site,it is determined that there is a 3～4 level spheroidization in the metallographic structure of the pipeline at the leakage site.The coil was repaired,replaced as a whole,and the protective measures were taken to solve the problem.
