循环流化床锅炉分离器靶区耐火材料损坏原因分析及防治

摘要
循环流化床锅炉脱硝改造后,锅炉分离器靶区耐火材料频繁脱落,导致埋藏在耐火材料内的汽冷管受到烟尘高速冲刷而爆管停炉.通过分析靶区耐火材料脱落原因,对脱硝系统与耐火材料进行优化改进并采取相应预防措施,使得靶区耐火材料运行寿命大大提升.
Abstract
With the increasing requirements of national environmental protection indicators,circulating fluidized bed boilers need to undergo standard upgrading for desulfurization and denitrification.After denitrification transformation,the refractory material in the target area of the separator was frequently detached,leading to the steam cooling tube embedded in the refractory material cracked by high speed flue gas scouring.By analyzing the detachment reason,optimizing the denitrification system and refractory materials,and taking prevention measures,the life of the refractory material was greatly increased.
