DISCUSSION ON SUDDEN RISE OF PRIMARY VACUUM PRESSURE IN UREA VAPORIZING SYSTEM
The primary vacuum pressure is an important control parameter of vaporizing system in urea plant.During the operation the sudden rise of primary vacuum often occurs, leading to the fluctuation in vaporizing system. In response to the reasons that lead to the sudden rise of primary vacuum pressure,e.g.water entrained in low pressure steam, partial blockage of pressure control valve line, unsmooth discharge of non-condensed gas in the vacuum system and the deformation of U type pipe in the plug valve bush, the pertinent treatment measures were presented to guarantee the stable operation of the vaporizing system.
