摘要
针对苯酚丙酮装置提浓工段的塔顶大型冷凝器,通过对比进口和国产设备在结构设计、加工工艺等方面的特点,为该装置大型冷凝器在使用、选择,以及国产化提升等方面提供参考意见.
Abstract
This paper introduced the overall process of phenol and acetone unit,and especially the Pre-flash Column and Flash Column Condenser in the Concentration Section.By comparing differences on structural design,manufacturing process of imported and domestic condensers,this paper provides reference opinions for the equipment usage and selection in this plant,as well as improvement of domestic condenser.
