INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION OF THE PRESULFURIZATION SULFUR TOLERANT SHIFT CATALYST IN LARGE-SCALE COAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRY CAPACITY EXPANSION AND TECHNICAL TRANSFORMATION PROJECT
This paper introduced the application of KC series presulfurization sulfur tolerant shift catalyst in the capacity expansion and technical transformation project.The results showed that this series of catalysts were suitable for the shift process of axial radial reactor in series with an isothermal furnace reactor,its start-up time could be greatly shortened.After the technical transformation,the pressure drop of the catalyst bed and the conversion rate of the catalyst were greatly improved.The energy consumption per ton of ammonia was significantly decreased,the production of synthetic ammonia was greatly increased as well.
