摘要
分析低温甲醇洗装置先进控制系统在运行中面临的问题,通过对热再生塔塔顶压力、热再生塔中部温度、甲醇水分离塔灵敏板温度以及洗涤系统段间换热器入口温度进行人工智能控制,降低了劳动强度,节省了能源消耗.
Abstract
By using the artificial intelligence in the control of the top pressure of the hot regeneration tower,the temperature in the middle of hot regeneration tower,the sensitive plate temperature of the methanol water separation tower,and the inlet temperature of the inter section heat exchanger in low-temperature methanol washing plant,the labor intensity and the energy consumption were reduced.
