摘要

针对丙烯热泵压缩机开车过程中工况波动剧烈、易振动和能耗高等问题,通过建立丙烯热泵压缩机的动态仿真模型,研究开车过程中工作点的变化曲线,以验证压缩机开车程序的合理性.基于模拟结果,结合实际情况分析现有开车程序中存在的问题,为开车程序的优化提供理论支持.

Abstract

In response to the problems of working condition fluctuations,frequent vibration,and high energy consumption during the start-up process of the propylene heat pump compressor,the working point variation curve of compressor was studied by establishing a dynamic simulation model in order to verify the rationality of start-up program.Based on dynamic simulation results and combined with actual situations,the problems in the existed start-up program were analyzed to provide theoretical support for the optimization of the start-up program.
