氢气长输管道的设计与应用

摘要
通过分析氢原子在管道的扩散传递过程,归纳出管道氢损伤的影响因素,提出了氢气长输管道设计中尽量减少管道氢损伤的方法.通过对国内外氢气标准的研究归纳,总结了长输氢管道的设计方法,并将这些设计方法在实际的工程建设中进行了应用与验证.
Abstract
By analyzing the diffusion and transfer process of hydrogen atom in the pipeline,the influencing factors of hydrogen damage were summarized,and the pipeline design method to alleviate hydrogen damage were put forward.Based on the summary of relavent Chinese and foreign standards,the design methods of long distance hydrogen pipeline were summarized,and these design methods were applied and verified in practical engineering construction.
