摘要

介绍含有非变换凝液汽提系统的腐蚀情况,针对腐蚀机理,采用分段汽提加碱中和、控制汽提塔塔顶冷凝器出口酸性气温度并加水洗氨、升级关键设备材质等手段,保证装置安全稳定的长周期运行.

Abstract

This paper introduced the corrosion situation of condensate stripping system with non-CO shift condensate.Based on the corrosion mechanism,measures such as segmented stripping and alkali neutralization,controlling the temperature of acid gas at the outlet of the stripping tower condenser and adding water for ammonia washing,upgrading key equipment materials,etc.were adopted to ensure the safe and stable long-term operation of the device.
