介绍尿素装置二氧化碳压缩机运行中因分离器分离能力不足造成低压缸缸体 3、4 级冲刷腐蚀问题.通过分析探讨焊接修复、开槽定位镶嵌修复、金属修补剂修复、缸体激光熔覆修复等方案优缺点,最终选用激光熔覆修复方案,成功修复了低压缸缸体,修复后再未发生缸体冲刷腐蚀现象,机组运行状态良好.
TREATMENT OF LOW PRESSURE CYLINDER BODY EROSION AND CORROSION IN CARBON DIOXIDE COMPRESSOR
During the operation of CO2 compressor in urea plant,the insufficient separating capability of the separator caused the low pressure cylinder erosion and corrosion at level 3 and 4.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several repair plans,such as weld,slot positioning and inlay,utilization of metal repair compound,and laser cladding,finally the laser cladding repair plan was selected to repair the cylinder successfully.After the repair,erosion and corrosion didn't happen again,and the compressor was operated under good condition.
