ANTI-FREEZING TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENTS AND OPTIMIZATION FOR VERTICAL AIR-COOLED CONDENSER IN WINTER
The freezing principle of vertical air-cooled condensers used in steam turbine was described.The operation condition and the cause of failure under low temperature in winter were analyzed.The technical improvements have been made to air-cooled condensers,and the anti-freezing measures have been optimized,ensuring that the temperature of the tube bundle of air-cooled condensers was stably controlled at 65-70℃for the stable operation of the plant.
